Admission Policy
Admission policy would be applicable for all Regular courses falling under Diploma, Certificate Undergraduate and Post Graduate Degree programs and Doctoral Program in 2020-21 Academic session.
- Students who are interested in applying for admission are required to collect the required information through University website
- Admission office will provide the counselling for all admission related queries either by mail or phone.
- It is important to enclose all the required documents asked for, as it will help us to process the application without any delay
- Student must complete the entire procedure like applying, meeting eligibility criteria, attaching and paying in order to receive the letter of offer from the University.
- Student documents will be verified by the concerned authority and if any discrepancies are found, his/her admission stands cancelled with immediate effect.
- Admission of the student also stands cancelled if the required fee for the first semester is not paid before the due date.
- Student will receive the Enrolment number soon after the verification of documents is done and the fees of the 1stSemester is received.
- Admission committee will take due care in offering the scholarships as eligible and will be notify to the concerned department, in order to avoid any future disputes.
- The admission for new academic session would be continued till the seats are not filled in each discipline.
- In case student likes to cancel the admission, he has to file his grievance along with the reason for cancellation, with the student welfare office and must follow the University policy to cancel and claim the refund within 4 weeks. There is no refund policy applicable after 4 weeks of time.
- Student will be asked to fill the Anti Ragging form as per the policy of the University under the statutory guideline.

The student should submit the Transfer / Migration / Character Certificates in Original from the last studied institute along with recent passport size photo and residential identities.

When VOU admission office receives the duly filled in admission form, academic credentials and application fee, it verifies the documents and checks your eligibility, legal conduct and residence proofs. If found eligible, the application will be sent to the Director admissions and academic department for final confirmation of admission. VOU admission office sends you the confirmation mail / conditional offer letter within 24 hours.
Admission decision depends on the eligibility, like the qualification from a valid board or university, percentage of marks, legal conduct and residence proof.

Vou admission office will send you the selection mail along with the conditional letter of offer. You will be given 2 days of time to remit the complete 1st semester fees soon after you receive the admission confirmation.
You can pay online OR by cheque, DD or cash.
If you are not interested in continuing the admission, then you can cancel it within 4 weeks from the date of admission. You must produce a substantial evidence of the reason for cancellation
When you cancel the admission within 4 weeks, you will be entitled to receive 50 percent of the fees paid by you. Application and brochure fees stands non-refundable.There shall be no refund after 4 weeks.
